Kevin is the #1 Compass agent in Greenwich (3 years running) and is a member of the prestigious Compass 100, representing the firm's most influential agents nationwide. He founded & leads the Compass Private Client Team, a multi-market advisory group that sells +/- $125M annually, and he founded & leads the Compass Private Client Network, a nationwide strategic referral platform spanning nearly every major luxury market in the country - which collectively produces +/- $7B in annual sales.
Kevin's experience at the highest levels of the market spans 3 premier luxury destinations. He has brokered a large multitude of $10M+ sale transactions throughout his career, with record sales including $38M in New York City, $35M in the Hamptons and $21M in Greenwich - a distinction achieved by only a handful of agents operating across multiple ultra-luxury markets.
Before transitioning to real estate, Kevin spent 12 years working in corporate financial services at American Express in lower Manhattan, where he excelled in marketing, business development & strategic alliances positions. He later moved from "Wall Street to Main Street", initially as a luxury real estate investor/developer before founding & operating a boutique ultra-luxury brokerage. He ultimately joined Compass to scale his advisory platform globally, leveraging the firm's technology & network to better serve UHNW clients across markets.
Today, his practice centers on advising entrepreneurs, finance professionals and multi-home families navigating complex real estate decisions between New York City & Greenwich - and occasionally the Hamptons. Known for his discretion, strategic insight and negotiation expertise, he is often engaged not simply as a broker, but as a real estate strategist embedded within his clients' broader advisory teams. In fact, one of Kevin's entrepreneur clients recently invited Kevin to join the Advisory Board of NextLM, an AI-powered, VC-backed SaaS intelligence platform that specializes in tracking real-time human behavior across the internet to help B2B revenue teams identify high-intent prospects.

Kevin and his wife DeAnne raised their two children in Greenwich, where they received a world-class education at the Greenwich Country Day School. In addition to serving on the board of the Greenwich International Film Festival, Kevin supports several local philanthropic organizations. Kevin pursued an MBA in marketing at St. John's University, and completed his real estate accreditation at New York University.
